Any occasion card

Hi, this is a card I did, I got the inspiration from a wonder site called Amazing Paper Grace. Its by Becca Feeken, and she is "divine" I love all her work, and that is rare for me to say.  Its not exactly like Becca's but its very close, my take on it.

Here in Puerto Rico there is this wonderful scrapbooking store that has everything, and the owner Rebeca brought this excellent flocked pattern paper, sort of velvety, amazingly wonderful. The texture is superb, and I used the paper for cards because you just have to touch it to get it's goodness.

So here all I did was layer everything, I never give out measurments becasue Im so bad at it that I just I ball everything, so sorry no numbers.  Just simply matted every layer, use for the third from the bottom up cardstock that is embossed with cuttlebug embossing folder, but I dont now the name of the folder, but you can use what ever folder as long as its very detailed so it can show up from behind the other layers. The centre piece is from the cricut cartridge "Heritage" that cartridge has wonderful medallion like shapes, so if you dont have a lot of Nestibilities, then this cartridge is great. Then used a white ribbon that I dyed using distress ink walnut stain and then just mist it with smooch brown colour. At the bottom use a friskas edge border punch to give it some more detail.

TIP: If you use alot of ribbon but dont want to invest alot in different colour, good trick is to by ribbon in different widths but all in white or ivory, then you can just dye them the colour you need them to be, you can also get some cool effect if you experiment with ink pads or also alcohol inks, the combination are limitless and customed to your project, we all tend to have alot of ink pads around so its just a good way of reinvesting your supplies.

Well, thanks again for stoppin by, any comments or question feel free to text me or email me, bye!!!
